All staff hold Paediatric First Aid & Food Hygiene certificates and have completed Safeguarding Group B, Allergy & Anaphylaxis, Prevent, Diabetic and Health & Safety training.

The legally Responsible Individual is Laura Marlow, who holds a level 3 Diploma in Childcare, Development and Learning as well as playwork and is also a registered childminder. Laura has a special interest in outdoor play and has completed Forest School training & accredited courses in childhood nutrition. She is responsible for running the Healthy Snack Award scheme and meal planning alongside Kiera. Laura holds a group C advanced safeguarding certificate.
Gemma Evans is the Manager and lead for adult & child first aid as well as the Safeguarding lead. She holds advanced practice Level 5 Diploma in Childcare, Learning & Development - Management and is studying for a degree in Childhood Studies. She is also a playworker.
Samantha is Assistant Manager and has a level 3 Diploma in Childcare and is a qualified playworker. Samantha is the group leader for the 3 & 4 year olds & Deputy Safeguarding lead.
Lottie holds a level 3 Diploma in Childcare, Learning and Development and an Honours Degree in Childhood Studies. Lottie is particularly interested in sensory play and Additional Learning Needs. Lottie is also a playworker and the group leader for the 2 year olds & lead for the new assessment criteria. She works with Tara and Megan, both hold level 3 Diplomas in Childcare and are playworkers. Tara is our Welsh language lead and is responsible for all things Curriculum Cymreig. Megan particularly enjoys developing linguistic skills through rhymes, story time and singing sessions.

Working with the 3 & 4 year olds, Tabitha holds a level 3 Diploma in Childcare and is also a qualified playworker. She is our pastoral lead and responsible for our creative arts program. Also in the room are Tamar, Kiera and Millie. ​​Tamar is a fully qualified playworker with extensive experience in both schools and Early Years. She brings a wealth of knowledge regarding the types of play and risk management. Kiera has a level 3 Diploma in Young Persons studies with a background in both school and social care. She has an interest in positive behaviour and UNCRC & has done Forest School training. She is also a talented cook and responsible for the lovely meals in our nursery. Both are playworkers and working towards their Childcare Diplomas. ​Millie is the latest to join the team, she has an Education Degree and has years of practice in nursery settings.
